Info: Christophe Conte is a French music journalist (Les Inrockuptibles, France Inter). In 2015 he published L'anti discothèque idéale - 100 chefs-d'oeuvre auxquels vous avez échappé!, a book collecting a personal selection of undervalued music albums from 1967 (Rewind by Johnny Rivers) to 2015 (Carrie & Lowell by Sufjan Stevens). Likely any of these albums is included in the usual all-time charts. According to Mr Conte, they should. Or, at least, you should give them a chance.
